Returns
- Returns are accepted within [X] days of delivery
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
- Items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shortages & Damaged Items
- Any shortages or damaged items must be reported upon receipt. Please inspect your order immediately and contact us if there are any issues.
Prorated & Warranty Items
- Items sold on a prorated basis are subject to their manufacturer’s warranty and are not eligible for returns outside the warranty terms.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days, minus the restocking fee.
